How long do I have access to the content?

Once you're enrolled, you’ll have monthly subscription access to all the materials in the course, including any updates. I want you to be able to come back and reference what you need whenever you're ready to implement the next piece.

Who is this school for?

Not at all. While I’ve helped hundreds of Allstate agents over the years, the strategies inside Speed Academy work for any insurance agency owner or service-based entrepreneur who wants to grow a business that runs with clarity, confidence, and speed.

Can I get support if I get stuck?

Absolutely. While Speed Academy is a self-paced experience, you’ll have access to a private support group where you can ask questions, share wins, and connect with other students. And if you want a deeper level of mentorship, I offer private and group coaching as part of my KSMVP programs.

How is this different from the Think and Grow Digital program?

Think and Grow Digital is a coaching experience—live sessions, feedback, and personal interaction.
Speed Academy is a self-paced course library where you can learn on your schedule, revisit materials anytime, and move at your own speed. It also includes lessons from Think and Grow Digital plus leadership, hiring, and system-building content you won’t find anywhere else.
